Shipping/Insurance
Freight can be expensive and add to the overall cost of an item. We endeavour to select the least expensive method possible and will apply the shipping charges to the final total. We obtain insurance coverage for all items mailed (it's a very reasonable cost for the peace of mind).

New accounts may pay with Visa or Master Card. Upon receiving your shopping list we will contact you for this information. Sorry, we don't accept cheques.
Return Policy
We try to consult with all of our customers about their purchases to ensure that their expectations and needs are being met. In order to maintain excellent quality when purchasing a book, we do not allow for returns and exchanges. Other materials such as toys, manipulatives etc. may be exchanged or a credit note will be issued provided that the item is returned in its original package and has not been opened or used. Please make inquiries before making a purchase. We will be happy to discuss this policy with you. Sorry, we do not give cash refunds!
Substitutions
We will not substitute an item without consulting you first. We will contact you by phone and possibly make recommendations for your consideration.
Products change throughout the industry on a regular basis. This keeps products fresh and implies further research and development have been conducted to improve the play and educational value of the product. Items sell out every year at Christmas. Please order early to minimize this possibility.

When your materials arrive please check for the following:
The items are intact and the outer and inner packaging is free of damage.
If damages are noted and the items were sent via Canada Post, please contact us ASAP.
If damages are not noted on packages sent via courier, please note all damages on the delivery slip and ask the driver to sign. Keep a copy of the receipt and call the courier ASAP.
